A Washington State Native, Joan relocated to the Twin Falls area in 2009, and is the newest member of our Land Title and Escrow Team.  Joan graduated from South Kitsap High School in Port Orchard, WA and Olympic College in Bremerton, WA.

Joan has dedicated herself to the industry for more than two decades.  She began her escrow career in 1990 as a junior escrow assistant.  Three years later, she was an established Escrow Closer with a loyal client base.   In 1994, she was successful in earning her Limited Practice Officer’s License through the Washington State Bar Association/Limited Practice Board.

Joan serves her clients with an array of escrow knowledge and experience and treats every escrow with personal attention and meticulous care.  Her closing experiences cover commercial, residential, vacant land, refinances, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, seller financing and new construction.

Outside of the office, Joan has a 19 yr. old daughter, who is a full time student at CSI.  Joan treasures her time she spends with her daughter, her family and her friends.  She also enjoys working with her horses, gardening, ranching, and rodeo.
