Zach Bay is the Marketing Representative for the Twin Falls office of Land Title and Escrow.  He has 11 years experience in the title and escrow business.  A few of his specialties include residential sales and refinance, commercial and agricultural transactions as well as being experienced in training classes for new homebuyers.  Bay was named Marketer of the Year in 2003 for Alliance Title.  Born and raised in the Magic Valley, he graduated from Jerome High School and attended Linn-Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon, Boise State University and the College of Southern Idaho.
