Lu Gosar joined Land Title and Escrow in 2008 as an Escrow Officer and was promoted to Manager in 2009.  She has 14 years experience in title and escrow with 17 years in the real estate industry.  Gosar is experienced in residential sales and refinance, commercial and agricultural transactions as well as 1031 exchanges and has experience in training classes for new homebuyers. She is a graduate of East Linn Christian Academy in Lebanon, Oregon and attended Linn-Benton Community College in Albany, Oregon. Gosar also completed Escrow I & II Certification Classes through the Oregon Escrow Council. In 2003, she received the Escrow Employee of the year award with Fidelity National Title in Portland, Oregon. She is a member of the Twin Falls Rotary Club and the Women’s Council of Realtors.  Her experience and knowledge in the title business makes her a valuable asset to Land Title and Escrow. A native of Oregon, Gosar and her family have lived in Twin Falls for the past 5 years.
