Kelly began her career working for Rupert Abstract Company in 1984 as a typist. Then when Land Title and Escrow, Inc. purchased Rupert Abstract in 1990, she joined our team. Through hard work and dedication, she worked her way up in various capacities to a Senior Title Officer, the title she holds today. Felt graduated from Minico High School and attended ITT Links School of Business. She has completed Real Estate courses I & II and Land Title Institute courses I & II as well as various title seminars and classes. Felt currently serves as a board member of the Minidoka Health Care Foundation and represents Land Title and Escrow through the Organization of Rupert Businesses. She is also involved in Minidoka Memorial's Caring and Sharing Christmas Tree Festival, MMHC Golf Scramble and our community's Relay for Life annual event. She is a former member of Minico Soroptimist International.
