Terri became a member of the Land Title and Escrow team at the Rupert Office in November of 2001 as an Escrow Assistant before moving to an Escrow Officer in April of 2002. Prior to that, she worked in the banking industry for over 20 years. Smith has experience in residential sales and refinance closings along with commercial and agricultural transactions and 1031 exchanges. She has completed Courses I & II in the Land Title Institute and has attended several ALTA/ILTA seminars and training classes. Smith has been a Team Captain for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, participates in the annual Rupert 4th of July Christmas Lighting Breakfast, the local Jr. Miss Program, the Mini-Cassia MLS semi-annual Highway Clean-up project and is active in the youth programs for her church.
