Julie joined the Land Title and Escrow team in 1990, advancing to a Closing Officer in 1993. In 2007, Coffman was promoted to Manager of the Rupert Office. She has completed the Land Title Institute Course I & II and attended many ALTA/ILTA seminars and conferences. Coffman is experienced in residential sales and refinances, commercial and agricultural transactions as well as 1031 Exchanges. She is also experienced in conducting training classes for First Time Home Buyers and Finally Home, through the College of Southern Idaho. She has been a long-time resident of the Mini-Cassia area and embraces the friendships she has developed through business and community. Coffman considers it a privilege and honor to currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Mini-Cassia Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the local Kiwanis organization. She enjoys volunteering her free time to the Jr. Miss program, Relay for Life and numerous other valuable community events.
