Lisa has been an employee of the Gooding office of Land Title and Escrow for 13 years. She began her career in October 1997 as the Errand Person and quickly worked her way up to Escrow Officer in a year’s time.  After graduating from Shoshone High School, Ritter completed the Real Estate Agent course and has an inactive Real Estate license.  She has also taken several enrichment classes through the College of Southern Idaho, completed Courses I & II of the Land Title Institute, has attended various ALTA/ILTA seminars and taken a legal descriptions class.  Ritter is a former board member of the Hagerman Chamber of Commerce where she spent 5 years helping to promote the great assets of the Hagerman valley.
