Susan is the Manager and Escrow Officer of the Land Title and Escrow Company in Gooding.  She is a life-long resident of Gooding, and has 29 years of experience in the title and escrow industry and real estate related fields.  Bolton is an active member of and participated in many local civic groups.  She currently serves as the Secretary of the Gooding Chamber of Commerce, a member of Rotary Club, the Gooding Urban Renewal Agency, the Women's Council of Realtors and the Wendell Chamber of Commerce.  Bolton has two daughters and six grandchildren.  When not at work, she loves to garden, go camping and read.
