Terri started her career at Land Title and Escrow 21 years ago at the Rupert Office as an Office Secretary. Later she was promoted to Senior Escrow Officer and has many years of experience in residential, agricultural, commercial and 1031 Exchange transactions. McBride gained valuable business experience working as a Minidoka County Deputy Assessor and Deputy Treasurer prior to working for Land Title. A native to the area, she has been active in the Chamber of Commerce and Soroptimists International as well as Xi Alpha Pi chapter of Beta Sigmi Phi.
