Land Title and Escrow, Inc. was founded in 1957 by Vern Roberts, Truman Bradley, Jess A. Parsons, Herman E. Bedke and Whitney Rasmussen to provide efficient, accurate and quality land title insurance, real estate closings, and long term escrow services. Its first office was in Burley, Idaho. Subsequently, Land Title and Escrow Inc. expanded to Jerome, Gooding, and Rupert. Land Title and Escrow's 5 offices serve the Idaho counties of Cassia, Minidoka, Jerome, Lincoln, Gooding and Twin Falls.
